Damson Croft is located in the picturesque village of Lastingham and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is perfectly placed for exploring the Moors by car or on foot.

Rob and Patsie are welcoming and friendly hosts, attentive and helpful when needed and very respectful of guests’ privacy.

The cottage is comfortable and quiet, cosy yet bright, with numerous views across the garden, giving it a relaxed summer-house charm.

We have a charge point that we can share with guests with electric cars.

Lastingham is peaceful and is a location of unique beauty and historic interest, nestling at the southern edge of the North York Moors.

" A wonderful little cottage in a beautiful location. The children loved playing in the garden and feeding the chickens. Lots of different birds and insects to spot and we enjoyed seeing a hedgehog trotting up and down the lawn in the evenings. Lastingham is a beautiful little village and well situated for many lovely day trips and local adventures. Owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We’ll be booking again another year."
